I wanted to say how much I have enjoyed and been nourished by this course. I am new to doing yoga regularly, absolutely new to the Bhagavad Gita, and the programme has opened a wonderful new world. I have found particularly valuable the study contemplations, as they have taken me to a calm, almost magical, place and my thoughts, actions and decisions coming from that place have felt very right.

The Triumphant Heart Course has brought me so much comfort during these times. This course has also given me the courage to finally read the Bhagavad Gita. I have always felt intimidated by this text, afraid that it would be inaccessible. I see it in a new light now and have begun reading it slowly and carefully. I see that I will always discover new meaning and insight every time I pick it up. Thank you for this eye-opening course!

Thank you so much for bringing us through the Bhagavad Gita in such an inspiring way. The contemplations stayed with me for many days, maybe it seemed like I had forgotten them, but then all of a sudden I would have a new insight, a new understanding...and I understood that all the verses, all the teachings, all the contemplations are still at work within me. As a result of these 3 weeks, I feel empowered to meet the challenges. I feel that I can be a yogi! Thank you Bill, thank you Barrie, for all that you gave us!

These teachings have given me the hope that I am striving to live as we are meant to. I feel the support and stength to continue to try to be compassionate, loving, truthful, and believe that by sharing my authentic beliefs that I will support and uplift others. Bill, thank you so much for your down to earth, matter of fact interpretations. I want to continue studying with you! Barrie, thank you for bringing it all together in the contemplation discussions. It really helps to hear your point of view and understandings of the readings.

This course has come at a perfect time for me. The 3 steps of the course over 3 weeks allowed each theme to anchor me, to align in me and has taught me to respond to everyone I engage with remembering the beauty and the goodness within me and within all. I have learned valuable lessons along the way about myself. Thank you Bill and Barrie.

With each talk, I find myself settling into a very still place within myself, into the heart, into my own essential nature. These truths of one Truth resonate in a place deeper than I know, and yet I do know that place, very well, in fact. Listening to these words of wisdom from Lord Krishna, through your insights and deep understanding, nourishes my own insight and understanding. I feel well nourished.

I have returned to my own study of the Bhagavad Gita. Its teachings have woven themselves into my life for many years, and now many more to come with each time a fresh interpretation, nuance or focus. Thank you both, as I return to these videos again my heart is indeed lifted. Deep gratitude for the inspiration!
